___ Bessa R3M, Leica Noctilux f1/50, f1 1/60, TriX 400, scan from film Daily DeviationGiven 2008-08-15One Joint Too Many by `micdt The suggester writes: "Beyond standing next to this deviant whilst he made the photo i believe it's a perfect representation in a thirtieth of a second of what was going on for the guy standing outside of the "coffeeshop" in amsterdam. i've streetshot with many friends and although i would have loved to have made a photo of the same moment but didn't because two cameras would have definitely drawn unnecessary attention. having seen this photo after my friend Michael posted it ... i saw it was exactly what i would have done!" We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. A very interesting shot and I have to agree with the other comments here as well that the shallow DOF works wonderfully to draw your attention to him.
but ... I really get problems when it gets dark. not only focussing but also reading the scales and putting the film into the camera. But I hate to put glasses on
